Alma 7th Green 32, Northridge 15
GIRLS - Collins Driscoll scored eight points to help power the Alma seventh-grade ‘Green’ team to a 32-15 victory over Van Buren Northridge in seventh-grade basketball.
Cydney Hopper had five points for the winners, while Violet Watkins, Braelyn Halmes, and Eslee Travis scored four points each. Alma’s Sonnie Tally had three points, and Aybrie Price and Ryleigh Floyd finished with two points each.
Northridge 11, Alma 7th Gold 7
GIRLS - The Alma seventh grade girls ‘Gold’ team dropped an 11-7 decision Thursday.
Sadie Goodnah, Khloe Brasher, and Emma Ingram had two points apiece for the Lady Airedales. Addie Lambert added one point.
Alma 30, Northridge 18
BOYS - Titus Benson and Jake Johnson combined for 24 points to power the Alma Airedales’ seventh graders to a 30-18 win over Van Buren Northridge Wednesday.
Benson led all scorers with 18 points.
Northridge 61, Alma 28
BOYS - The Alma eighth graders suffered a 61-28 setback. Carson Hamilton led Alma with 13 points, and Barron Daily added seven points.
