Alma soccer team earns splits

The Alma Airedales earned a 4-1 win over Magnolia before dropping a 1-0 decision to Robinson on Saturday.
Alma scored on four of their five shots on goal.
Christian Oanas scored twice for the Airedales (2-2) in the 33rd and 38th minute. Elliot Resinos scored the first goal and assisted on Ocanas’ first goal.
Matt McCarver, who assisted on the first goal and scored on the second goal in the 30th minute.
Lukas Todd had two saves for the Airedales. Ryan Matevia had one save for the Airedales.
Alma dropped a 1-0 decision to Robinson.

GIRLS - The Alma Lady Airedales dropped a 1-0 decision to Robinson on Saturday.
Robinson scored on a corner kick with 15 minutes left in the first half. Robinson outshot Alma, 6-3. Yoseline Gonzalez had two shots on goal during the game.
Alma keeper Alexis Rayburn had three saves.

GIRLS - Alma’s Lily Fimple and Tori Muszanski scored goals in the 28th and 41st minute to help lead the Lady Airedales’ junior vararisy girls team to a 2-0 victory.
Alma keeper Vivian Beneaux had three saves.
