Risley, Airedales score late, tie Goblins 14-14 in thriller

Titus Benson threw a 65-yard touchdown pass to Nate Risley and then added the two-point conversion run with 48 seconds remaining to power the Alma seventh graders to a 14-14 tie with Harrison Thursday.
Benson ran for 104 yards on 15 carries and added a touchdown. He also completed 3-of-7 passes for 157 yards and added eight tackles on defense.
Risley had two receptions for 106 yards in all.
Defensively, the Airedales held at the end.
JH falls
The Airedales’ junior high football team lost their game to Harrison Thursday.
Andrew Bush ran for 63 yards on eight carries to lead the Airedales. Chase Parker added 44 yards rushing.
Defensively, Bush, Kaden Tilton, and Tristan Nutt had five tackles apiece. Colton Nutt and Boaz Benson finished with four and three tackles, respectively.
