Alma fell behind by 18 points at the half Tuesday in Siloam Springs.

Senior Nate Vachon scored 20 points and the Panthers shot 51 percent from the field while winning their second 5A-West game of the season.

Easton Boggs had 15 points to lead Alma (3-13, 0-2). Miles Kendrick added 13 points.

The Airedales shot the ball well at times but finished just 16-of-50 from the field. Alma was just 2-for-9 from the free-throw line.

Sophomore Israel Towns-Robinson pulled down nine rebounds, and Camden Curd dished out a team-high five assists.
