BOYS - Will Scott scored 10 points and dished out three assists to power the Alma ninth graders to a 47-26 win over Heavener in the first round of the Charleston Tournament.
Easton Daily and Sam Schlegel had eight points each, with Daily grabbing six rebounds. Schlegel had five boards and three assists.
Kade Fagan had six points, and Jeremiah Schlegel added five rebounds and three steals.
Alma 36, Heavener 17
GIRLS - Anna Swarnes had 12 points and Izabel Benson and Faith Sartor combined for 15 points in the Lady Airedales’ 36-17 win over Heavener at the Charleston Tournament.
Emberly Kimes had four points and Olivia and Breella Hughes had three points each.
