The Alma Lady Airedales’ junior high team defeated Greenwood, 25-11, 25-23, to advance to Saturday’s play in the regional tournament.
Maggie Brogan continued her dominant play with eight kills, eight digs, and an ace. Emberly Kimes had three kills and three digs, and Annabelle Davis had four digs.
Matilyn Dunn had 18 assists and three digs for the winners. Breella Hughes finished with four kills, one block, a dig, and one ace. McKinzy Berna had three digs.
Anna Swarnes also contributed with 10 digs and an assist. Chloe Gregory had three kills and one dig.
