Rooms is our primary two-way communication platform for parents and students to communicate with teachers and staff safely and conveniently within our Alma School District app starting in August 2024. By moving all of our parent-teacher communication to Rooms we are able to accomplish the following:

• Provide a clear and consistent source of communication across our district.

• Reduce parent confusion about how to gain access to two-way communication.

• Localize all communication from the district and school in our district app.

During August 2024, all ASD registered parents/guardians for Kinder-12th grade will receive a text message from 98900 and/or an email from accounts@edurooms.com to setup a password needed for your Rooms account. If you receive both a text and email invite, you will only need to setup your account using one invite.
