NJROTC is a program partially sponsored by the US Navy, which teaches young adults the importance of embodying the Navy Core Values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment. Through this program, cadets learn to become responsible and mature individuals, while adhering to strict compliance and attention to detail. This approach helps to prepare them for success following their high school graduation.
